You run communications for a private company

You are preparing the board's message, the induction videos for new joiners and this month's product film, and all of it ends up as an unlisted YouTube link or an attachment too heavy to send. Videas gathers those videos on a platform under your brand, opens a workspace for each subsidiary, and shows you what was really watched.

What people throw back at you when you suggest video.

  • “IT will never sign this off”?

Hosting in France, single sign-on, viewing rights set category by category: Crédit Agricole got it through under banking security rules.

  • “Just put it on YouTube, it's free”?

Free, with advertising in front of your messages, competitors' videos at the end, and your viewing figures held by somebody else.

  • “Nobody watches our videos”?

Videas counts plays, hours watched and completion rate: you will know whether that is true, and on which videos.

  • “Every subsidiary already runs its own”?

Each one keeps its workspace and its content; you get one administration and one view across the whole group.

An enterprise video platform in your own colors

Video player carrying the client's brand, with no advertising.

A player under your brand, with no advertising

In Videas, your videos play in a player carrying your logo and your colors, with no advertising in front and no thumbnail offering the video next door. It embeds into your intranet, your website and your campaign pages.

Privacy and access settings on a company video.

Hosted in France, no cookies, no trackers

Your videos stay in France, with no transfer outside the European Union. The Videas player sets no cookies and no advertising trackers, so there is no consent banner to put in front of your videos.

Several separate workspaces inside one platform.

One workspace per subsidiary

In Videas, you open a workspace for each subsidiary, division or brand: they upload their own videos and see only their own, while you keep the rights and the overall view.

Play counts and completion rates charted video by video.

What was watched, department by department

Videas counts plays, hours watched and completion rate, video by video and workspace by workspace. You can tell whether the board's message landed, and how far people got into it.

Four jobs, one platform

The executive team addresses everyone at once, and the replay with its transcript stays online for the people who could not make it.

What Videas does not do

Videas does not produce your videos: you shoot and edit with your own teams or your agency. And it is not a compliance training tool — no quizzes, no certificates: your LMS stays where it is, and the Videas player sits inside it.

What your company's video actually costs

  • €0.20

per hour of video stored, every month

  • €10

a month for the channel, €10 more for your own domain

  • €0

per employee: the bill does not count users

There is no annual subscription and no per-user license: you draw on a prepaid credit wallet that you top up whenever you decide to. Three hundred hours of internal video come to €60 a month, plus €10 for the channel and €10 for your own domain name — €80, however many people you open access to. On top of that comes what they actually watch, at €0.02 per gigabyte delivered, with the first terabyte free every month. And our team moves your existing catalog over from Vimeo, YouTube or a Drive at no charge.

What our customers say about us

Pour aller plus loin...

The board's weekly live session

Crédit Agricole brings its people together every week around a live session with the chief executive, questions in the chat included. In Videas the live goes out from the same platform, through OBS, vMix or Wirecast, and the replay is online the moment you stop.

Frequently asked questions

Why Videas rather than YouTube or Vimeo for company video?

Because nothing runs in front of your messages and nothing runs after them: no advertising, and no recommendation pointing at a competitor's channel. The videos are hosted in France under GDPR, the player sets no cookies, and your viewing figures stay with you rather than with an advertising network.

Can Videas replace a video intranet?

That is one of its most common uses. Videas gives you a portal under your brand, on your own domain name, where your people find the messages from the board, the induction videos and each department's content. You can also keep your existing intranet and embed the Videas player into it.

Can each subsidiary or franchise get its own workspace?

Yes, and it is the capability our largest clients buy first. In Videas, every subsidiary, brand, region or franchise gets a workspace: it uploads its own videos, sees only its own, and follows its own figures. Group communications keeps the administration, the rights and the overall view.

Can I restrict a video to part of the workforce?

Yes. Every video carries its own access level: public, unlisted, password-protected, or restricted to named accounts. You can also limit playback to your company's email domains, and create groups so that a department only ever sees the content meant for it.

Can staff sign in with their company account?

Yes, Videas supports single sign-on through SAML and OpenID Connect. Your people sign in with their usual credentials, with no extra account to create and no extra password to remember, and leavers and internal moves follow your directory. That is how Crédit Agricole connected its platform to its intranet.

Can we tell who watched what?

Yes, on one condition: that your platform runs on individual accounts. You then open a person's record and see their viewing history — content, date, time watched, completion rate, device. A public platform, or one behind a single shared password, has no accounts, and therefore no tracking per person.

Can we publish in several languages?

Yes. Videas AI generates subtitles and a transcript for every video, in the original language and in others, billed at €0.10 per minute per language: a ten-minute video subtitled into English costs €1. That is how Yoplait publishes for its French and Canadian teams at the same time.

Will the platform carry our brand and our domain name?

Yes, all of it. Logo, colors, pages and emails are yours, and the player carries no Videas branding at all. You connect your own domain name for €10 more a month: your employees and your customers stay on a company address, from the first click through to the last video.

Where are the videos hosted, and under what rules?

In France, with French hosting providers, under GDPR and with no transfer outside the European Union. The player sets no cookies and no advertising trackers, which saves you a consent banner in front of your videos. Nothing is resold to a third party, and none of your data leaves the platform.

What does an enterprise video platform cost?

There is no annual subscription and no per-user license: you draw on a prepaid credit wallet. Video storage costs €0.20 per hour per month, the channel €10, your own domain name €10 more. Three hundred hours therefore come to €80 a month, before the delivery you actually use.
